All leagues will have no games on February 7 due to the Super Bowl, and all Sunday leagues will conclude on February 14.

All teams will continue to play through the end of the season, even if a team did not make the playoffs. Also, please remember that you may add players only up until your first playoff game. After playoffs begin, rosters are frozen.

The start of the winter season is right around the corner! Games begin December 13, and will run for one week before the Holiday Break. Games will resume on Monday, January 4.

The winter sports will play according to the following schedule:

Indoor Soccer: Sundays 12-11pm, Monday through Thursday 8-11pm

5-on-5 Basketball: Sundays 3-11pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-11pm

Volleyball: Sundays 1-11pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-11pm

Dodgeball: Mondays and Wednesdays 7-11pm

The days may get shorter and colder, but there are still plenty of chances to play intramural sports. Looking to sign up again after winning your league this fall? Maybe you've never played before? Get involved! Give it a try! Intramurals is a fun way to stay active, meet up with friends, and add some new ones (and not just to your Facebook page!)

Registration will open according to the following schedule:

December 7 , beginning at 9am: Soccer and Dodgeball.

December 8 , beginning at 9am: 5-on-5 Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Racquetball, and Badminton.

Want to play but don't have a team? No problem. Just stop by the Intramural Office (SLC 1217) and sign up on the free agent list posted on the door. We will email your information out to the team captains, and there's a pretty good chance you'll get picked up.

**PLEASE NOTE***: Ice hockey will not be offered for Winter Quarter 2009. The last thing we want to do is take away opportunities for our students, faculty, and staff to participate in the intramural sports they enjoy, but our first priority is to keep everyone safe, and the actions of a few cannot put the safety of others at risk.
