Winter Quarter Registration Guide and Updates

Thanks for getting involved in IM this quarter! There are a few changes to winter quarter registration. Here’s how to sign up.***REGISTRATION CLOSES AUTOMATICALLY WHEN A LEAGUE IS FULL.*** Any current RIT student, faculty, or staff can form a team. Alumni, as well as students from other colleges, are not allowed to participate. Tournament: Will have playoffs; Division 1 and Division 2 only. Rec : NO PLAYOFFS. League champion determined by win-loss record. Division 2 and Co-Ed only. Co-Ed: In order to register for Co-Ed you must have enough women on your roster to field a team each week (Ex. Soccer: 3 men, 3 women, and goalie; Softball, guy/girl alternate at-bats). IF ALL OTHER LEAGUES ARE FULL, A TEAM COMPRISED ONLY OF MEN CANNOT REGISTER FOR CO-ED.TO REGISTER A TEAM: - Go to http://rit.ezleagues.ezfacility.com, and click "Sign Up" to begin.
- Scroll down to the league you wish to register for, and then click "Register Online."
- If you are the team captain, click on "I am registering my entire team."
- Enter team name, your name, email address, gender, last four digits of UID, and Y or N for the "Deaf" field.
- Click “I accept” under the Agreement to Participate Waiver.
- Click "Submit Registration."
- Once you have registered, email your team members with the link to http://rit.ezleagues.ezfacility.com. Each player should go to the site, click “Leagues,” and then click the league the captain just registered for.
- To add themselves to the roster, team members will click “I am registering with a team.”
- Team members will select the team they are joining, and then fill in name, email address, gender, last four digits of UID, and Y or N for the "Deaf" field.
- All participants must click “I accept” under the Agreement to Participate Waiver. This is mandatory RIT policy and replaces paper forms.
TO REGISTER WITHOUT A TEAM: Anyone who does not wish to form a team can sign up individually. - Go to http://rit.ezleagues.ezfacility.com, and click "Sign Up" to begin.
- Scroll down to the league you wish to register for, and then click "Register Online."
- Click on "I am an individual registering."
- Enter team name, your name, email address, gender, last four digits of UID, and Y or N for the "Deaf" field.
- Click “I accept” under the Agreement to Participate Waiver.
- All participants must click “I accept” under the Agreement to Participate Waiver. This is mandatory RIT policy and replaces paper forms.
- Click "Submit Registration."
- Once you have registered, a list of “Free Agents” for that league will be generated, which will be set out to the team captains.
